Open access barriers: An action research

Klang, Mathias LU (2008) 8th International Conference on Human Choice and Computers (HCC8) 282. p.335-348

University libraries are struggling to deal with these new realities at the same time as they provide a level of service with acceptable access to publications. The work of librarians is being heavily affected by the influence of copyright and licensing which together are creating barriers to open access.
