In this paper we present a home-proxy based framework which can facilitate the integration of mobility support and QoS management. Furthermore, it enables centralised accounting, which simplifies the cost recovery processes of roaming services. To prove the viability of our design, we hale built and tested this framework on a DiffServ wide-area backbone using an MP3 streaming application.
