Wouters, when the condemned live longer : A comment on OTOC and CNG

Nowag, Julian LU (2015) In European Competition Law Review 36(1). p.39-44
Abstract
This paper briefly recapitulating the Wouters and Meca-Medina decisions, explores the two recent judgments in OTOC and CNG. It argues that the balancing under Art 101(1) TFEU is here to stay and highlights how the recent two judgments have broadened its scope.
