Svenska Kommunalarbetarförbundet is a trade
union with over 600 000 members. In their action
plan, HEI is mentioned as the fourth strategic
objective of their mission statement and it is
also stated that its members have the right to
study at HEI. In this first pilot course some
100 union members were selected to participate
in the course .
