The leadership behaviour Contingent Reward correlated moderately with all climate dimensions and strongly with selfefficay. No significant correlations between gender, age, education, leader role and selfefficacy were identified. Despite problems with internal consistency of the measurements, the findings support the interconnectedness of the three factors. (Less)
