By using a structured method of risk management the feedback of experience becomes easier and at the same time the risks of failures are reduced since the critical moments are brought into the light and evaluated. Another important part of the risk management is that different professionals interact and give their opinion about the risks involved in a project. In this report the risks combined with roof terraces has been evaluated. A number of professionals have given their thoughts about the risks and consequences regarding roof terraces. They were asked to evaluate the risks and consequences by grading on a scale from 1-5. By the result one could see that the perception of the risks differ depending on the profession, but one common risk is how moisture affects the building. (Less)
