- Abstract
- In September 12th 2001 the Swedish Prime Minister Göran Persson performed a speech in the parliament in memory of the attacks of World Trade Center and Pentagon. In this study I will do an analysis based on a theory that security is the overriding principle rather than the law when it comes to counter-terrorism. For the analysis I will use the case of Ahmed Agiza who was a suspected terrorist back home in Egypt, and were rejected from Sweden because of secret evidence even though there were a risk for him being tortured. The aim is to find out if there are any signs that it is a security principle that governs in the case of Ahmed Agiza. (Less)
