The experiences they shared showed mixed results in how they viewed the difficulty in finding a job. Some thought it was troublesome because of the criminal record and some didn’t think it was a problem they couldn’t get around. The results of the interviews showed that even though their experiences in looking for a job differed, most agreed that it was a general problem that employers asked people to show their criminal record.
