- Abstract (Swedish)
(More)

(Less)

The essay contains a terminology section describing terms regarding the structure, techniques, materials and decorations of the bookbindings. The analysis show that there are clear similarities between several of the bindings but there are also things that separate them. Using appropriate terms and templates, you can find structures... The analysis show that there are clear similarities between several of the bindings but there are also things that separate them. Using appropriate terms and templates, you can find structures that allow you to make an analysis of the binding and draw conclusions. This analysis can then be used to put the binding in a broader context. (Less)
