- To give positive visualizations or not - A study about different ways to communicate with students. Our brain is creating visualizations. In goal settings this visualization can be helpful or obstruct the way to the goal. There are exercises to help people create as good visualizations as possible. As a teacher I wish to give my students positive and creative visualizations. Människor skapar hela tiden mentala bilder. I ett mål som önskas uppnås kan dessa bilder hjälpa en att nå målet men också försvåra vägen dit. Det finns mentala träningsmetoder för att göra dessa bilder så bra och positiva som möjligt. Som lärare har jag en önskan om att ge mina elever så positiva och kreativa bilder som möjligt. I detta arbete ställs därför frågorna: Går det att föra över tankar från litteratur om mental träning och tankens kraft till en undervisningssituation?; Hur kommunicerar lärare med sina elever? För att ta reda på detta har en observationsstudie gjorts. Studien visade lärare som undervisade på sätt som kan hitta stöd i litteraturen om mental träning och tankens kraft men också sätt som går att förbättra ur denna synvinkel. Därför har en modell konstruerats som innehåller några punkter för att skapa en positiv läromiljö för eleven. En modell att ta med i den framtida lärarrollen. (Less)
