Using critical discourse analysis, and the typology created by Kristina Boréus, our aim has been to analyse if the articles contains discursive discrimination. The result of the study has shown that the articles do contain discursive discrimination and that the most common types of discriminations are associations. We mean that Landskrona Posten may have influenced the readers perception concerning their surroundings. This has been done by the discursive discrimination of focusing on ?immigrants? as a problem, and ethnicity and immigration as the sole explanation for criminal activities. (Less)
