Abstract
Since the war ended in Bosnia and Herzegovina in1995 the country's economic and political crisies has grown dramatically. By the thesis of Professor Susan Rose-Ackerman the theoretical analysing tool should be followed for the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Rose is writing about Post-communist states` transition from socialism to democracy and the corruption problem these states face. Rose doesn?t write about Bosnia and Herzegovina but the problem Rose is describing is very similar to the states described by her or even worse in Bosnia. The main purpose of this work is to analyse how broadly the corruption have spread in Bosnia and Herzegovina's political institutions and what is and what should be made to tackle the problem. (Less)
