In my study I make a discourse analysis of the discourse behind these two projects and study how they are motivated and how one conceptualise culture and integration in these documents. My conclusion is that these projects to a certain extent reproduce a categorical thinking where the world is divided into an ?us? and ?them? even though the intent of these projects is to decrease this kind of thinking.
