The participants are air traffic controllers working in minor airports in Sweden. The psychosocial work environment was measured with Copenhagen psychosocial questionnaire (COPSOQ) and the safety culture with the safety culture assessment questionnaire (SCAQ). 18 air traffic controllers participated in the survey. The results show that within COPSOQ there is for exemple a connection between work satisfaction and demands. Within the safety culture assessment questionnaire one of the connections were between communication and reporting. When comparing COPSOQ with SCAQ a positive correlation between work satisfaction and reporting becomes clear. The conclusion is that there are several connections both within the assessment tools and between them but that more participants are needed in order to make the result truly relevant. (Less)
