Residents separate themselves from older physicians by saying that younger physicians accentuate empathy to a greater extent while older physicians emphasise a high work load. Identity seems to effect how the residents perceive and relate to their work,... (More)

Identity seems to effect how the residents perceive and relate to their work, themselves as residents and different types of patients. (Less)
