The second part of this thesis analyses the strategy of the Swedish Armed Forces to prevent sexual misconduct by the Swedish peacekeepers. This strategy is based on a combination of education, leadership, orders and the Swedish law prohibiting the purchase of sexual services. It is concluded that the progress of the strategy is being held back by a lack of good leadership
