Abstract
The chosen task in this thesis is to compare two projects of importance on the impact on the approach to graffiti in Norrköping and Göteborg. My main source for empirical findings was interviews. In the Göteborg case, many non-decisions from Röda Sten and the Göteborg Culture Commitée among others has taken place, and there is no clear forums for discussion. Therefore, the approach to graffiti is still uncertain and somewhat aggressive but discussion between actors are opening up. The projects effect on illegal graffiti is hard to estimate. (Less)
