Public libraries should always reflect the communities they serve. This challenges the staff of different libraries in different regions to arrange their organizations accordingly to their local population and to be flexible enough to follow the changes of this population. My study shows that it is relevant to focus on young adults. It also conclude that client based organization most probably is the key method to reach success in the specific case of UFO and the client group young adults as well as in the work of the public library in general (Less)
