- Abstract
- This paper is a part of the joint research project between the Swedish Civil Aviation Administration and Lund University. The aim of this paper is to examine the team climate, measured in teams at the Air Traffic Control Centers (ATCC) at Stockholm and Malmö, and also if there is a difference between the teams with regard to the employees' age. We also investigate if there is a connection between the team climate and innovative aspects of the psychosocial work environment. The results have shown that the teams at ATCC Malmö are relatively homogenous in contrast to the teams at ATCC Stockholm who show a slightly distinctive difference between the teams. We have also conducted a humble attempt to validate the dimensions regarding influence,... (More)

We have also conducted a humble attempt to validate the dimensions regarding influence, participation and possibilities for development in the Team Climate Inventory (TCI) and the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ). Our conclusion is that many aspects influence the team climate to vary and it is difficult to stress only a few. (Less)
