Leadership style contained three dimensions: employee-, production- and changecentered leadership. The significance level in all statistical tests was 0.05. The results indicate that employee- and change centered leadership are associated with coworker's wellbeing. Organizational commitment was found to be the most important variable predicting wellbeing. Finally, males and females reported no differences in organizational commitment, but males reported higher levels of wellbeing. (Less)
