- The purpose of this essay was to obtain knowledge of how some young people in Sweden experiences institutional care. Our main questions were: Do the young people feel that they can participate their treatment? Do the young people feel that their days at the institution seem meaningful? Do the young people feel that they get information about their treatment plan? Have the young people any knowledge of how long time they are going to stay at the institution? Are the young people aware of who’s in charge off their treatment?
