- Abstract
- The object of this study was to try to comprehend, how the rehabilitaion of individuals towards employment and beeing able to earn their own living, could be facilitated through co-operative actions from the concerned local authorities. This comprehension was founded on the narratives from individuals, about their needs and qualifications. In order to reach this object, I interviewed participants in a joint venture project in Vimmerby, Sweden . These interviews guided me in the work of creating a view of the totality, in order to understand the context which makes out the reality of the participants in this project .
