Abstract
The aim of this essay was to look into the youth political organizations view of possibilities and difficulties of the Swedish politics of narcotic, regarding the law of the criminalization of using narcotics. The questions of the study were: What possibilities and difficulties did the youth political organizations find regarding the law of the criminalization of using narcotics? What did the youth political organizations think of the law in an ethic perspective? What did they think about the law in a future perspective? The aim of this essay was to look into the youth political organizations view of possibilities and difficulties of the Swedish politics of narcotic, regarding the law of the criminalization of using narcotics. The questions of the study were: What possibilities and difficulties did the youth political organizations find regarding the law of the criminalization of using narcotics? What did the youth political organizations think of the law in an ethic perspective? What did they think about the law in a future perspective? What did the youth political organizations think about the Swedish aim: “a narcotic free society”, and what are the best methods reaching the aim? The essay was built upon a comparative qualitative study of seven interviews. One each from the youth political organizations. The result have been analyzed, based upon two theories. One regarding an ethic way of looking at ethic questions. The other theory is about principals of criminalization. The result of the study showed that the youth political organizations were looking at the politics of narcotic, methods to reach the aim and the future in a quite similar way. (Less)
