Is there a difference between the elderlycare and the handicapcare within the vouchersystem? The present investigation discerns certain tendencies concerning the options made, such as the diffrences in the elderlies´ individual qualities, different political affiliations and how the information is facilitated. Another influencial factor has been the actual shaping of the voucher. We also found a distinct difference in the variety of options between the elderlycare and the handicapcare due to different systems of law applying to elderlycare and handicapcare respectively.
