- Abstract
- The aim with this essay has been to illuminate different health perspectives, social work and the concept of salutogenesis. My central questions have been: What is the meaning of the concept of health? In what way is the concept of salutogenesis related to different concept of health? How can the concept of salutogenesis be a framework theory for social work? My method has been a qualitative theoretical review of litterateur. The results of the analysis showed that there is lots of different definition of health. This means that it could be important to define what we mean when we talk of the concept of health.
