The result of my study showed the difficulties that could appear when empowerment and paternalism are used. That will hopefully help the users to enhance his/hers consciousness to the consequences when using empowerment and to handle that with carefullness. Both concepts consists smaller parts for example legal security, democracy and power. All the smaller parts are in it self as hard to define as the empowerment – and paternalism-concept. Both empowerment and pateralism are comparativ and can be interpreted different depending on who´s using it, what he/she needs and in what situations they are. (Less)
