- The purpose of this assignment was to examine how two different workplaces are dealing with alcohol- and drugquestions among their employees. Key questions were: how is the work with alcohol- and drugquestions organised? how is the chosen organization carried out? and which are the possibilities and inconveniences in the work? The method used in this essay was semi-structured interviews with six representatives from two workplaces. The representatives from both workplaces experience the organization as rationally targeted and pretty closed against the world around. - The purpose of this assignment was to examine how two different workplaces are dealing with alcohol- and drugquestions among their employees. That’s because they want to achieve different goals. The organization is carried out through mainly six different strategies. These strategies are explained in the essay. According to the representatives the possibilities in the work are a mix of internal and external conditions, while the inconveniences are focused on internal conditions. The work with alcohol- and drugquestions are in many ways different in the two places of work, but there are also similarities between them. For example, both company’s alcohol- and drugprograms have been met with resistance among the employees. (Less)
