We were particularly interested in two ethnic groups, one group from Iran and one with people from different parts of Africa. We came to the conclusion that these factors doesn't necessarily have to play a part in these inclusion -and exclusion processes but does to a certain extent. The Iranian group seemed to think that a person's education and current job were rather important compared to the African group who talked more about the importance of language. (Less)
