- Abstract
- The aim of this essay was to study the new voluntary organization PO-Skåne and personal agents work. PO-Skåne is an independent organization and which works for persons who are seriously mentally disabled. The personal agents work involves two roles: advocasy and case management. Some of the questions I study were: - The aim of the organization. - The structure and the work methods of the organization. - The personal agents role. - Does the organization unite their workmanship role with the ideology from the mother organizations? The essay is qualitative and based on interviews with representatives from the organization, personal agents and the local social director.
