One could say that human right can play a part in the class consciousness of the working class in two ways depending on the roll of the party within the theory of class consciousness. Ether it is used by the party to reveal the contradistinctions within the capitalist system and therefor show the working class that human rights only can be fullfilled with a revolution and an abolishment of the class society, that will indirect effect the class consciousness of the working class. Or the working class itself feel the need to use human rights in their struggle and it becomes a natural part of their class consciousness. (Less)
