Abstract
This resport is the result of a Master Thesis project between Winfoor AB and the Division of Machine Design, Faculty of Engineering, LTH, at Lund university.

Winfoor AB has developed a new technology for producing wind energy. This technology utilizes the motion of a wind subjected sail cloth (wind element).The wind generates an ascillating movement of the wind element, from which energy can be produced.
