When it comes to the adolescents from different income groups we found that adolescents from high income groups eat better than the adolescents from other income groups. On the other hand adolescents from the middle income group more often state that they work out every day in comparison to other groups. The adolescents from the high and the low income group only exercise a few days a week. In conclusion our essay shows that gender and economical status has an impact on adolescent’s nutrition and exercise habits. (Less)
