- Abstract
- Today people put more and more time, effort and money into renovating
and improving their homes. It is no longer only craftsmen that do the work,
instead there is an up coming trend which shows that a lot of the work is
done by the private consumers themselves.
According to the present study, products that by tradition have been targeted
to men should be marketed for women since this is the growing
consumer group of painting material. This project aimed to design and
develop a concept for a new product line of paintbrushes that met the
demands of this female target group.
The result is a paint tool kit that includes five designed paintbrushes, a tray,
