Abstract (Danish)
(More)

Abstract
The objective of this research is to be a contribution of knowledge regarding the national project's condition in Denmark based on a discourse analysis of the tolerated stay concept. The empiric is based on extracts of the debate in the Danish Parliament concerning the so-called “Tunisian-law”, more precisely three law hearings In relation to restraint of the existing law concerning tolerated stay.
Tolerated stay is a legal, a political and a social concept and is a concept which not only has a meaning for the few people who have... (More)

Tolerated stay is a legal, a political and a social concept and is a concept which not only has a meaning for the few people who have obtained this status, but also for the Danish society. Hence, this research is not only an analysis of a specific law element, but also an attempt to contribute to a critical society diagnostics. (Less)
