- In our master thesis we want to investigate how the extensive and intensive trading is affecting Germany’s air condition industry. We are going to focus on countries located in Europe and divide them in to five different sections. The data that we are using comes from OECD and the time length for the data set is from 1997-2007. Our thesis is divided into five different parts. We begin to explain how Germany has developed from a country with huge problems after the World War 2 to become Europe’s largest economy. Part number three explains different types of models that are often connected to trade creation and trade diversion.
