- Abstract: Rural enterprises flourished in China from late 1970s until the end
of 20th century. It is a hot topic among researchers to investigate these rural
enterprises. In this thesis, I will review the main picture of Chinese rural
enterprises’ development and make a comparison between regions which
went on different ways of developing rural enterprises.
