The situation in Kosovo was a humanitarian crisis. The Kosovar Albanians were under risk of ethnic cleansing and genocide by the Serbian Government under the leadership of Slobodan Milosevic. The essay comes to the conclusion that NATO’s intervention can both be justified and not depending on what values are used in the argumentation lines. (Less)
