The factory has been examined and the staff has been interviewed with the purpose to identify which parts of the factory that will not be able to produce the prognosticated future volumes. Related literature has been studied to reach an appropriate level of knowledge and to be capable to present high-quality suggestions of action. The combination of literature studies and collected information has been analyzed to reach the conclusions and recommendations.

The recommendations also include how to structure the continuous work at the factory to get a more efficient production. It is also suggested in the report at what time and in which order the different recommendations and investments shall be done to be able to produce the prognosticated future volumes. (Less)
