Informell rättsskipning som politisk metod

- Abstract
- The thesis is an attempt to investigate the use of “informal justice as a political method” ( or “IRPM” in short) by the two Swedish right-wing organizations “info14/Fria Nationalister” and “Svenska motståndsrörelsen” using the organizations’ own web-published material for the period of 2000-2009, and to put the organizations’ use of “IRPM” into a Swedish empirical context.
The thesis goes about this investigation in three steps: an initial attempt at definition of “IRPM” in a theoretical-empirical sense, a methodological discussion that defines the criteria for different forms of “IRPM”, and an content analysis of the organizations’ material. Although translating the result of the content analysis – some 369 unique cases of IRPM... The thesis goes about this investigation in three steps: an initial attempt at definition of “IRPM” in a theoretical-empirical sense, a methodological discussion that defines the criteria for different forms of “IRPM”, and an content analysis of the organizations’ material. Although translating the result of the content analysis – some 369 unique cases of IRPM reported by info14/Fria Nationalister and 76 cases of IRPM reported by Svenska motståndsrörelsen – into real world use of IRPM is difficult, the result does seem to indicate limited actual use of IRPM during the investigated decade, evenly divided into “violence as IRPM”, “investigative and preventive IRPM” and “punishment as IRPM”.
