The study will be presented from the three levels: the interpreter intermediaries, the users of the interpretation services and the interpreter´s problem view of the two-dimensional norm Good interpretation practice. The participants in this study were two court interpreters, two jurist judges and two interpreter intermediaries. The results indicate that the two-dimensional norm, Good interpretation practice, can threaten the rule of law but it depends on how the three levels interpret the dimensions of the norm. The study also found that the interpreter’s competence, education, culture differences, the booking system of interpreter services and the weak control of the norm can threaten the rule of law.
