Charles Taylor’s theory of identity and recognition is used to better understand how concepts and prejudice affect both minorities and the majority society. The attitude towards the above mentioned concepts has changed from being racist to assimilating and in the end to preserve ethnic boundaries. They can also be found in the governmental strategy which can affect the work plan negatively. (Less)
