En jämförelse mellan bemanningsanställdas och direktanställdas upplevelser av arbetsengagemang, kreativt organisationsklimat och organisatorisk kreativitet

Studiens syfte var att jämföra om upplevd organisatorisk kreativitet, kreativt organisationsklimat samt arbetsengagemang skiljde sig åt beroende på om man var bemanningsanställd och inhyrd av ett kundföretag eller om man var direktanställd av ett företag. Vidare var syftet med uppsatsen att undersöka om det fanns något samband mellan de tre variablerna. En webbenkät skickades ut till tio företag i Sverige, som besvarades av 90 deltagare, där hälften var bemanningsanställda och resten var direktanställda av diverse företag. Resultatet visade en stark korrelation mellan de tre variablerna. The test however showed no significant difference between the groups regarding the perceived creative organizational climate and organizational creativity. The results of the study contributed to a discussion concerning temporary staffing industry´s benefits and disadvantages that could have been possible explanations for why directly employed experienced higher work engagement. The essay also clarified suggestions for future research that can offer a deeper understanding of the study's results since several factors may have affected the outcome. (Less)
