Abstract
The main goal for year 2050 is to reduce energy usage by 50 %. This is meant to be achieved through the use of energy efficient solutions. Operation and maintenance of installations and buildings are main factors in achieving this goal. The building must be viewed from a holistic perspective throughout the process. With regards of both optimization of installations and improvements of the construction, this work aim to find energy efficient solutions for Jeppaskolan in Höör. With the support of construction- and architectural drawings, operation and maintenance instructions, protocols regarding energy performance and ventilation, site visits and inventory the building has been studied and proposed actions has been presented. The results include actions concerning management of the ventilation system, timer installation, adjustment of air flows, efficient water faucets and change of lamps.
