I conducted an oral interview with two school counselors and two headmasters to find the answers to these questions. In my analysis a theoretical frame was used. It consisted of a professional theory and common factors between the professional theory and EPB. The thesis deals with the conditions of evidence based practice in schools' social work. Lack of documentation, Monitoring of the students, Critical thinking, lack of knowledge in educational methods used by scientists and the lack of reflection makes it really hard to work following the evidence based practice. School Headmasters who have the biggest responsibility in schools can’t pursue the plan of knowledge based work ethic because the schools lack in social work. (Less)
