- Abstract
- DISA is an international company in the foundry industry. They build and develop foundry machinery to foundry companies around the world. They also help its customers to provide service on the machines. Today, their customers have no effective system for reporting errors, work and documentation of service. This problem led to the development of a service system that facilitates and streamlines the process of maintenance of foundry machines. The mobile application for the Android-devices should receive tasks from the service manager in a company who then forward it to the maintenance personnel. The maintenance personnel should through this application be able to report useful data for a specific task and send an error report if necessary.... (More)
