Every new project needs a common goal for the entire organisation. The interaction between the participants means a lot to achieve a successful outcome. In order to best clarify the roles of a project, it is necessary that the purchaser, and the future user, in the early stage are able to contribute with their knowledge of the business. This is to get a, between the purchaser and other stakeholders, shared understanding of what is to be achieved. It is therefore of interest to study how the interactions work, from idea to procurement, and determine what can be improved within the project management in this phase.

Purpose: To investigate if there is a possibility to improve and render the project management concerning user participation, as well as the ability to generate the purchaser and the user’s requirements and wishes through cooperation in the early stage. (Less)
