- The participant who perhaps should have the greatest impact in
problem: the planning process of a building are the ones who are going to use it – the users. It is those who will spend time in and take part of the building’s functionality and architecture. This is to get a, between the purchaser and other stakeholders, shared understanding of what is to be achieved. It is therefore of interest to study how the interactions work, from idea to procurement, and determine what can be improved within the project management in this phase.
Purpose: To investigate if there is a possibility to improve and render the project management concerning user participation, as well as the ability to generate the purchaser and the user’s requirements and wishes through cooperation in the early stage. (Less)
