The main results of the study illuminate that new arrivals as well as employment agencies experience advantages and disadvantages with the reform. Further, the study concludes that the efforts that are being offered for the new arrivals are deficient. Moreover the study emphasizes hidden messages in the society. These might be alternative explanations to why the establishment reform received an undesirable result and are also discussed through the study. (Less)
