The results of the study were analyzed with help of social constructivism, Erving Goffmans dramaturgical theory and the structural theory that’s an organization theory. The main results of the study illuminate that new arrivals as well as employment agencies experience advantages and disadvantages with the reform. An important aspect regards the language which is seen as an essential resource in the workplace by the new arrivals. Further, the study concludes that the efforts that are being offered for the new arrivals are deficient. Moreover the study emphasizes hidden messages in the society. These might be alternative explanations to why the establishment reform received an undesirable result and are also discussed through the study. (Less)
