I examined the gender constructions from an intersectional perspective. By this I have concluded that women and men with specific qualities are more likely than others to obtain protection and be punished from the proposals in the document. I found that the reason for the stakeholders to obtain a subject position at all is because they discursively are attributed with the responsibility for protecting the criminal legal subject and that the discourse of responsibility makes some actions visible while some become invisible. I also found that responsibility dis-course attributes to stakeholders that cannot be legislated into existence much responsibility, which entails the abolition of protection cannot be reached by legislation.
