Abstract: Employer branding process that creates the best match possible between the employer and the employee, leads to a business satisfaction and a person-organization fit. Not surprisingly, an efficient employer branding strategy also decreases the labour turnover rate within the company and helps to retain the talent. Naturally, the specified situation is desired by the employer and by the potential employee.
