The main aim of this study is to understand how do this authors sought to explore, by means of literary language and exegesis the human emotions and for what purpose. This way we can understand better how these authoritative Rabies and Fathers understood and ‘technically explored’ the Scriptures, what was the relation between the Scriptures, the community of faith and the oral traditions, what role did the human psychic and the emotions played in understanding, addressing, expressing and exploring various issues by means of creating literary personages. These issues can be purely exegetic rules or traditions, social concerns, theodicy problems, doctrines, religious and moral ideals and so on. (Less)
